Calgary Police announced today that they made an arrest in the murder case of Christopher Stevenson, who was last seen in August of 2023.

Yesterday, August 28, Calgary Police arrested 26-year-old Kenedee Christine Taylor of Calgary, and charged her with second-degree murder. Taylor is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, September 4.

“The investigation into the death of Christopher is still active and ongoing,” said Staff Sgt. Sean Gregson of the Calgary Police Service Homicide Unit. “We want to provide answers to Christopher’s family and loved ones, and we will continue to gather evidence and speak to individuals who may have information regarding the murder of Christopher.”

On August 23, Calgary Police charged Shaun Alexander Folk, 47, of Calgary, with second-degree murder and Calgary man Ali Samir El-Sayed, 45, with accessory after the fact for murder.

Calgary police searched a rural property on Range Road 293 in Rocky View County near Balzac in September 2023 in relation to Christopher Stevenson's case and police believed Christopher may have been a victim of foul play and were led to the property in search of evidence related to his disappearance.
