The Name the Trail contest is coming to a close Feb. 17.

To date, the Rotary Club led project which will connect Cochrane to Calgary has received over 1,000 name suggestions and just over one week remains to make a submission.

The Trail Steering Committee will form a panel of judges to select the winner, who will not only earn bragging rights and a legacy trail-head marker, but will also be treated to a one-night stay in a Canmore inn, with breakfast included.
