BONNYVILLE - Rows of books, DVDs, and audiobooks are up for grabs as the Bonnyville Municipal Library clears out some inventory.

Classics, children's books, adult fiction, cookbooks, and more were lined up in The Lounge section of the library on May 13. Tons of best sellers were included, along with some beautifully bound classics such as Mark Twain’s Huckleberry Fin.

According to information from the library, new items are being added all the time so it’s worth it to drop by whenever you can. The sale will continue for the next couple weeks, while supplies last.

Hard cover adult fiction books are priced at a dollar, and children’s books are selling for under a dollar. For treasure hunters, the eclectic selection has some interesting vintage books.

There are always events happening at the Bonnyville Library including an Adult Book club featuring Jessica Johnson’s Bad Cree, that was held on May 14. Afternoon Story time is held on Wednesdays at 2:30 p.m. throughout May for children between the ages of 2-5, with their caregivers.

Librarian Lenore Stewart says the Library NERF battles have been popular – the next one taking place on June 14.
