The Centennial Centre has added two family friendly shows in coming months.
Sean Watson, Master of Illusion with Comedy Fusion, will bring his show to the Flint Field House on Aug. 20. Watson has entertained audiences from Brazil to the Calgary Stampede and the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.
Reserved seats with a buffet dinner from the Weatherford Centre Ice Restaurant will sell for $55. General admission tickets are $25 and went on sale June 11.
Max & Ruby Live On Stage will perform “Bunny Party” on Saturday, Oct. 2 at 3 p.m. Koba Entertainment produces the brand new live show, the same theatrical company that brought the Backyardigans to Bonnyville.
The story of bunny siblings Max and Ruby originated from a book series written by Rosemary Wells and has been on television since 2002. Tickets are on sale at the Centennial Centre and are $25 in advance and $30 at the door.
The newly announced entertainment comes in addition to big acts scheduled at the C2. Bif Naked will play an acoustic set on July 23, with tickets starting at $37.
After selling out his first show for Sept. 24 in less than a week, country singer Johnny Reid will play a second show at C2 on Oct. 8. The Stellas will open both shows.
Country singer Terri Clark will also play Flint Field House on Nov. 24 to promote her new album The Long Way Home.
Tickets for both Terri Clark and Johnny Reid start at $60 and are selling fast.
As of last week, Johnny Reid's second show had sold half the seats available, while Terri Clark's show had sold over 1,000 seats.
