Seven vehicles reported stolen in St. Paul area over the past week

ST. PAUL - Over the past week, the St. Paul RCMP detachment has received seven reports of stolen vehicles from the area - along with responding to a total of 219 calls for service over the same week-long period.

According to information from St. Paul RCMP, police also executed four warrants for arrest, and there were 24 reports of suspicious persons of vehicles received - although 23 were found to be non-criminal.

Speaking to the number of stolen vehicles reported, RCMP say they would like to remind the public to ensure their vehicles are secured to help prevent thefts from happening.

Firearm pointed at man

Also among the incidents RCMP have responded to recently include a report of a firearm allegedly being pointed at a man in Saddle Lake. Police responded to the call on Nov. 1, shortly after 6 p.m.
