ST. PAUL - On July 18, firefighters with the St. Paul Fire Department conducted pump and operator training in the evening near the ball diamonds at the recreation grounds in St. Paul.

They invited the community to enjoy an impromptu pop-up spray park.

"We had to spray some water tonight anyways,” said Fire Chief Trevor Kotowich, so firefighters invited the community to cool off as a heat wave moves through the province.

The heat is expected to continue through this week.
