B.C. resort west of Lake Louise with 18 cabins for sale

B.C.'s Mountain View Cabins is currently on the market for $1.35 million.
The mountain resort has 18 winterized cabins, some small bunk bed cabins, and camping space.
Currently it's used as accommodation with cabins renting for $90 (off season) to $185 (peak) per night.
Each cabin has two queen-sized beds, a washroom, and some basic food cooking and storage.
The cabins are located on a 5.5 acre piece of property in the mountain forest.
The Mountain View Cabins are currently operating as rentals
The property comes with other pieces, including what appears to be a very rustic gym.
It's located near Golden, B.C., in the Rocky Mountains.
There are also a few "bunkies" that have bunkbeds.
There's a shared covered space for eating meals at picnic tables.
A sign reminds visitors that bears are not ideal but beers are likely a better option (in fewer words).
The seller notes there's an opportunity to expand the operation for someone enthusiastic about it.

Ever thought about starting a village?

That could be an option for whoever buys the Mountain View Cabins, which has 18 winterized cabins, four "bunkies," (as in contains bunk beds) and space for more.

The resort, located just outside Golden, B.C. in the Rocky Mountains, is currently on the market.

It's listed for $1.35 million, about the same price as the cheapest standalone houses in Vancouver.

It comes with more than just the accommodation, too.

"The resort includes all the essentials to keep the business thriving: furniture, electronics, BBQs, appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, linens, artwork, DVDs, games, tools, vacuums, laundry facilities, dishwashing, cleaning supplies, and more," reads the listing.

Photos also show a (very rustic) gym (made of logs), a little free library, a firepit, and a hammock set up with an epic view. There's also a large communal space for cooking and dining.

"If you are a 'hands-on' outdoors enthusiast single or couple who can really sink your teeth into a fun and interesting project, this could be ideal for you. For the price of a bungalow in Vancouver or Toronto you can own your own wilderness resort and let the adventure begin," reads a post on the Mountain View Cabins Facebook page.
