RCMP searching for Edmonton senior, overdue from hiking in Kananaskis

KANANASKIS COUNTRY – Police are searching for an overdue hiker in Kananaskis Country last heard from on Friday (July 5).

Milenko Todic, 66, of Edmonton was reported missing by family on July 6. He had been hiking at Holy Cross Mountain, near Highway 541 in Kananaskis, according to RCMP.

“It was unusual to not hear from him for so long when he was hiking,” RCMP reported on behalf of Todic’s family in a media release. 

“If you are hiking in the area, please keep your eyes open for Milenko.”

Todic is described as having a fair complexion, grey hair, being 6-1 inches tall and 180 pounds.
