ST. PAUL - A long-time tradition in St. Paul during rodeo week is the ATCO pancake breakfast, which was held on Thursday morning.
This year, proceeds from the breakfast are being donated to the MD of St. Paul Foundation. The foundation manages low-income housing and rental programs for seniors as well as families in the St. Paul area.
This was the 27th annual edition of the ATCO pancake breakfast.
