ST. PAUL - There is a large police presence in the area of TWP Rd. 583 and RR 81, east of St. Paul and north of Hwy. 29 in the Dog Rump Creek area. RCMP on scene confirmed a suspect is armed and barricaded inside a home and multiple RCMP units have responded. The road leading into the area has been blocked off with traffic being rerouted.
