BONNYVILLE - The man accused of robbing a local gas station adjourned his matters in court once again.
On Feb. 25, Preston Leon Halfe appeared via CCTV from the Fort Saskatchewan Correctional Centre in relation to his charges stemming from an armed robbery at Cougar Fuels in Bonnyville in January.
As a result of the incident, Halfe has been charged with robbery with a firearm, unauthorized possession of a weapon, possession of property obtained by crime, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, disguised with intent to commit an offence, and possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Halfe has adjourned his matters to March 3 in order for his legal counsel to obtain disclosure.
