BONNYVILLE - The Bonnyville Pontiacs added a win to their season record after taking on the Fort McMurray Oil Barons at home on Oct. 16.
After wracking up a couple penalties in the first two periods, Cade Meiklejohn kept pushing for the Pontiacs, and scored the winning goal during the third period for the 1-0 victory. Meiklejohn's power play goal was assisted by Mathieu Lajoie and Myles Gauld.
Bonnyville Ponatiacs' goalie Cody Butikis saved 29 of the shots taken by the Oil Barons, Wednesday night.
