COLD LAKE - The Cold Lake Public Library had two new additions in their Reading Garden on the morning of July 31.
As part of the 2024 Summer Reading Program, they had a visit with two fainting goats, RJ and Joe. The goats are about four months old and live outside of Cold Lake on an acreage with some miniature horses.
Over 180 people came out to see the goats play in the Reading Garden. People of all ages came out to pet them, feed them, and ask questions about the animals.
The Summer Reading Program runs until Aug. 31.
