COLD LAKE - Residents may notice more air traffic around Cold Lake from Jan. 28 to Feb. 13.
During the stretch of time, on weekdays between noon and 2 p.m., increased air traffic may include "Alpha Jets and USAF B-52H Stratofortress conducting training missions," according to information from 4 Wing Cold Lake Public Affairs.
"4 Wing is always mindful of our Lakeland community neighbours and this type of training is not intended to disrupt, and efforts will be made to minimize noise over the City of Cold Lake," reads the notice.
The training will be "carefully planned and closely controlled to ensure public safety."
