The Amisk Community School located on the Beaver Lake First Nation hosted their summer feast on June 21 to celebrate National Indigenous People's Day. The Amisk school hosts feasts to commemorate all four season, this year the summer feast coincided with National Indigenous People's Day.
Students and staff gathered in the gym for a pipe ceremony, followed by a feast, drum ceremony and Indigenous games. The POST was there to help document the event.
