LAC LA BICHE - Youngsters and community members from across the Lakeland raised thousands for the Stollery Children's Hospital over the weekend, joining a province-wide wave of lemonade stand fundraisers.
Set up in mall parking lots, downtown corners and rural driveways, youngsters armed with pitchers and drink crystals poured in the proceeds for the annual Lemonade Stand Day. The fun fundraisers help to raise funds and awareness for the hospital.
