Here's a list of polling locations throughout the county.

All polls will be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5.

If you're in the hamlet of Lac La Biche, you vote at the old Dr. Swift School building, at 10140 104 St - just off Main St./101 Ave, across from Petro-Canada.

If you’ re in Beaver Lake Cree Nation, you also vote at the Dr. Swift School building.

If you're in Owl River or northern Lac La Biche County, you vote at the Owl River Community Hall, at 68443 Range Road 135, just off Highway 858 north of the hamlet of Lac La Biche.

If you’ re in Heart Lake First Nation, you vote at the Heart Lake Community Centre.

If you're in Plamondon, you vote at the Community Hall boardroom at the Plamondon Festival Centre, at 9626 101 Ave. The Festival Centre is accessible by turning east off Plamondon's Main Street (100 Ave/Highway 858) at the Co-Op and continuing past the curling rink.

If you're in Hylo or Venice, you vote at the Hylo/Venice Agriplex, on Highway 663 east of the hamlet of Lac La Biche.

If you're in Craigend, you vote at the Craigend Community Centre, 65038 Range Road 134 off of Highway 55, just past the turn-off from Highway 36.

If you're in Rich Lake, southeast of the hamlet of Lac La Biche, you vote at the Rich Lake Historical Museum, off Highway 55.

If you're in the Kikino Metis Settlement, you vote at the Kikino Community Centre, 310 14 St. in Kikino, off of Highway 36.

If you're in the Buffalo Lake Metis Settlement, you vote at the Buffalo Lake Recreation Centre, 17207 Buffalo Lake Dr. B, off of Highway 855, south of Highway 663.

You're eligible to vote if you are:

-a Canadian citizen

-18 years of age or older

-A resident of Alberta for six months prior to polling day

-not otherwise prohibited from voting (this can happen if you're found guilty of "corrupt practices" during a previous election.)

If you're not already registered as a voter in the area, you must provide government issued picture ID with your name and address, or official picture ID plus proof of address.
