The sun rose on his birthday and set on his passing. On November 10, 2023, Dayton Brown formerly of Saddle Lake, passed away at the age of 22 years. He is survived by his mother, Andrea Brertton; siblings, Ryder Brertton, Ashanti Brertton & Valon Nakogee; paternal grandfather, Karl Brown; paternal grandmother, Lorraine Stone; maternal grandfather, Brian Brertton; maternal grandmother, Lorraine Brertton; numerous aunts, uncles and many others whom knew & loved him. Dayton was predeceased by his father, Joe Brown. A Wake will be held on Tuesday (leaving Grace Gardens at 2:00 p.m.) & Wednesday, November 21 & 22 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 23 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake with interment in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Saddle Lake.
