On Tuesday, February 11, 2020 Mr. George Fischer of Plamondon, AB passed away at the age of 80 years. George is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Pattie Fischer, children Georgette, William (Laurie), Martin, Henry (Mavis), Allan, Graham, grandchildren Catlin (Angie), Farron (Katrina), Jade (Colin), Denika (John), Morgan (Jessica), Geordy, Sydney (Tarik), Robbie (Teresa), Lawrence, Eric, Michelle, Tim, Danielle, Alisha, great grandchildren James, Kagen, Amira, Carter, Avery, Kieran, Maggie, Emery, Kora, Yulia, Cameron, Thomas, Oliver, Eli, Zachary, Mackenzie, Alicia, Luke, Chloe, Noah, Gabby, Amy, Shelly, Brendan, siblings Jimmy (Georgine), Fred, Arla, Shirley, Nellie (Eli), Jeanie (Victor), Connie (Don) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
George was predeceased by his mother Mary Fischer, father Jesse Fischer, grandson Dustin Germain, son in law Rob Elliott as well as numerous in laws.
A funeral service was held on Monday February 17 at 11 am at the Evangelical Free Church in Lac La Biche, AB with Pastor Emanuel Chiwele officiating.
Interment followed at the Charron Blue Jay Cemetery in Charron, AB.
Pallbearers were Morgan Elliott, Geordy Elliott, Catlin Fischer, Farron Mamela, Emile Girard, Henry Desjarlais.
