Jacob Christopher Sansom passed away unexpectedly on Friday March 27, 2020 at the age of 39 years with his uncle Maurice Cardinal.
He was born on Tuesday December 30, 1980 in Bonnyville, the son of Ruby (Jason) Smith and late Robert Sansom.
Jacob will be forever loved by his wife: Sarah Sansom, his children: Cierra Sansom, Addison Sansom and Daylen Sansom, his mom: Ruby (Jason) Smith his siblings: Michael Sansom, Steve Cardinal, Gina Sansom, Xavier Smith and Irene (Graham) Forsyth.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Jacob’s and Maurice’s Life will be announced when safe to do so.
