On Friday, February 16, 2024, Mrs. Marguerite Johnson of Wetaskiwin, formerly of Lac La Biche, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, at the age of 93 years.
Marguerite is survived by her children, Shirley (Dee) Graham and Charlie (Linda) Johnson; grandchildren, Pat Worobetz (Klaus Abramowskik), Don (Shannon) Graham, Philippe (Jocelyn) Johnson and Mathieu Johnson (Katina Tam); great-grandchildren, Samantha (Jared) Brown, Dallas (Desiree) Graham, Jessica Worobetz, Dayton (Adriana) Graham, Andrew Worobetz, Gavin Johnson, Jason Mahoney and Sage Johnson; two great-great-grandchildren, Aria and Harvey Graham; sister, Emelia "Millie" Onyozczak, and numerous other friends and extended family.
Marguerite was predeceased by her loving husband of 64 years, Gerald Johnson in 2011; her brother, Dr. Damase Bouvier; sister, Anita Johnson; as well as her parents, Armand and Elizabeth Bouvier.
Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of Marguerite's life will be held in Lac La Biche in the summer of 2024.
