On Thursday, March 26, 2020, Marjorie Froise of Bonnyville, Alberta passed into the presence of her Lord and Saviour to the wonderful welcome of “well done, good and faithful servant.” Her life was dedicated to the service of the Lord, and her passion for global missions was evident in her pursuit of a DTH in Missions and Church Growth, and also in her work as an author, researcher, presenter and organizer.
She spent her childhood moving around South Africa until settling in Johannesburg for many years before moving to Welkom in support of Harald’s work and then finally Bonnyville, Canada.
She succumbed to cancer that had caused her insufferable pain in the last six months of her earthly life.
Marjorie will be forever loved by her husband; Harald Froise, her children; Timothy (Mary) Froise, Greta Froise and Linda (Claye) Hopkins, grandchildren; Borin, Jo, Anna and Eva Froise and Kristin and Bethany Hopkins as well as her siblings; Shirley (Donald) Gordon and Barrie Phipson. An online funeral service was held on Thursday, April 2, 2020, at 11:00 a.m.
