On September 2, 2024, Mrs. Cecile Michaud of St. Paul, formerly of St. Vincent, Alberta passed away at the age of 88 years. She is survived by her daughter, Maria (Dean) Cardinal; 3 grandchildren, Tammy (Jordan) Anderson, Jason Cardinal (Dianna Millard) & Bryce (Jocelyn) Cardinal; 11 great-grandchildren, Hunter, Madalyne, Maddox, Keaton, Gwynhyvar, Gennevieve, Aurora, Ember, Augustine, Ares & Avalon; siblings, Laurent (Marie Claire) Brousseau, Richard (Albina) Brousseau,Angélina Pelchat,Hélène Lamontagne & Simonne (George) Leroux; sister-in-law, Isabelle Brousseau; numerous nieces & nephews. Mrs. Michaud was predeceased by her husband, Jean; grandson, John Ostapovich; parents, Leon & Yvonne Brousseau; in-laws, Joseph & Maria Michaud; siblings, Rita (Rémi) St. Arnault, Dolor (Lilliane) Brousseau, Paul Brousseau, Florence (Gustave) Côté & Marie Brousseau; brothers-in-law, Laval Pelchat & Thomas Lamontagne. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 9 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul Cathedral, St. Paul. Reverend Father Emmanuel Umeohanna is the celebrant with interment in St. Vincent Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Vincent.
