On February 4, 2025, Mr. Leslie James Paranteau of St. Lina/ Mallaig, Alberta passed away comfortably at home at the age of 84 years. He is survived by his 4 children, Judy, Clay, Lou-Anne (John) & Carrie; 7 grandchildren, Amber (Leroy), Alex, Aaron (Chantal), Leslie, Nicole, Lily & Stevie; 4 great-grandchildren, Teegan, Tristen, Sapphire & Scarlett; numerous nieces, nephews & lots of extended family. Les was predeceased by his loving wife, Irene; parents, Zadia & Sandy Paranteau; in-laws, Floyd & Nellie Nelson; 4 brothers, Hector, Art, Chester & Herbie; & sister, Margret. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
