On November 5, 2023, Travis Theodore Smyl of Goodridge, Alberta passed away at the age of 25 years. He is survived by his loving Parents, Kenny & Rachel; Sister, Danielle (Travis) Houle and their children, Jessie & his Godson, Fred; Brothers, Austin (Shaelyn Nahorney) & Garrett; Grandfather, Leonard Smyl; Godparents, Christine Ostapiw & Marc Michaud; numerous Uncles, Aunties & Cousins. Travis was predeceased by his Grandmother, Leona Smyl; Memere & Pepere, Madeleine & Ted Michaud; Uncle, Terry Ostapiw. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 18 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Jean de Brebeuf Roman Catholic Church, Mallaig with Reverend Father Raldy Jhack Diaz as the Celebrant. Cremation to follow with inurnment in St. Anthony Roman Catholic Cemetery, Goodridge at a later date.
