The official lists released on Sept. 21 announcing candidates for the Town and County of St. Paul, and the St. Paul Regional Education Division school board remains the same, with the exception of candidates in Division 3 of the county.
Vi Wozniak was dropped from the official list, leaving the incumbent Cliff Martin to run against Wayne Tymofichuk in that division.
“There was a discrepancy with the nomination papers,” explained Wayne Horner, returning officer for the County of St. Paul. When contacted, Vi Wozniak declined to comment on the matter at this time.
