Seven break and enters reported to St. Paul RCMP in one week

RCMP have responded to seven break and enters over the past week, and also received 34 mischief calls.

ST. PAUL - Over the past week, St. Paul RCMP responded to seven reports of break and enters.

Four of the reports took place within the Town of St. Paul, and charges are pending against one person in relation to one of the alleged break and enters.

"Investigations are still ongoing for the other reports," according to information from RCMP.

Pedestrian collision

On Oct. 21, shortly before 4:30 p.m., RCMP responded to a collision involving a pedestrian. The collision happened at the intersection of 50th Avenue (main street) and 44th Street.

"One female was struck by a vehicle and she was taken to hospital for her injuries," according to RCMP, who say an investigation into the collision is ongoing.

Increase in mischief

The St. Paul RCMP detachment responded to 34 mischief calls over the past week, which is an increase in what is typically reported, according to information from RCMP.

"Police are thanking the public for continuing to report these occurrences."
