ST. PAUL - This year's St. Paul Friday Night Slo-Pitch League wrapped up another season on July 29.
The league included nine teams this year, and organizers are hoping to recruit more teams for 2025.
League play started on May 3, and due to some games being rescheduled throughout the season, the final games only took place at the end of July.
As things wrapped up, it would be the Swamp Donkeys taking first place in the league, and the Fire Breathing Kittens taking second place.
The diamonds will remain quiet during August, but a slo-pitch tournament will take place Sept. 7 and 8.
