Starbucks and Wendy's development permits approved in St. Paul

On Feb. 13, a development permit was issued in St. Paul for two new eating establishments with drive-throughs - Starbucks and Wendy's.

ST. PAUL – Two major fast-food chain brands are coming to the Town of St. Paul.

On Feb. 13, a development permit, DP 003-25, was issued for two new eating establishments with drive-throughs - Starbucks and Wendy's.

The proposed stand-alone building for the two fast-food chains will be located directly north of Canadian Tire, to the east of the building where KFC, BarBurrito, and Edo Japan are located, said CAO Steven Jeffery.

Construction is expected to take place this spring or early summer, he added.
