Stolen property recovered in bed of truck on main street in St. Paul

A report regarding stolen property allegedly being found in a truck bed outside a business on main street in St. Paul on Nov. 22 resulted in the arrest of a 39-year-old man.

ST. PAUL - A report regarding stolen property allegedly being found in a truck bed outside a business on main street in St. Paul on Nov. 22 resulted in the arrest of a 39-year-old man.

Police responded to the call at about 10:30 a.m. on 50th Avenue, then quickly recovered the allegedly stolen property, and arrested and charged one man.

Donovan Logan Jackson, a resident of Fort MacLeod, was charged with possession of property obtained by crime less than $5,000 (x2) and driving an uninsured vehicle on the highway, according to information from RCMP.

Jackson was held for a judicial hearing and was remanded into custody, according to RCMP. He is set to appear at the St. Paul Court of Justice on Dec. 17.
