LAKELAND - Across Alberta, time has taken its toll on oil and gas wells as they ceased production.

Five weeks after their first annual general meeting since before the COVID-19 pandemic, the Greater Lakeland Rural Crime Watch Association gathered in Elk Point to plan for a more active role than they have played in keeping Lakeland communities safe during that time.
