ELK POINT - It was exactly 40 years on March 21 since the first issue of the Lakeland Review, which became the Elk Point Review a few years later, rolled off the presses under the St. Paul Journal’s ownership.
Four years ago this week, the final issue as a stand-alone paper was printed before the Review became part of Lakeland This Week.
