COLD LAKE - There were over 95 tables at the Cold Lake Christmas Craft show that was held at the Cold Lake Energy Centre on Nov. 25.
Pat Berlinguette, hostess and organizer of the event since 2005, stated the event is always well attended. "The number is substantial," she says of the vendors who take part.
Those vendors include small business and crafters from Cold Lake and other cities such as Lloydminster, Edmonton, and St. Paul.
"I want to display all the talent in our communities," Berlinguette said.
Booths included permanent jewellery, 3-D printed dragons, homemade knives and birdhouses, and of course Christmas items such as wreaths and signage. A similar event was held in Bonnyville earlier in the month, but it focused on handcrafted items only.
Although there was no admission fee for the Cold Lake event, organizers did collection food donations for the local food bank.
