COLD LAKE - Cold Lake RCMP are looking for the public’s help to locate 19-year-old Enoch resident Donna Cowan-Roasting.
Donna was last seen on Aug.18 in the Cold Lake area.
Donna is described as:
- 5 feet 3 inches
- 110 pounds
- Black hair
- Brown eyes
- Medium complexion
