ELK POINT - A fun evening for the whole family on Dec. 20 saw a large and enthusiastic group of shinny players of all ages fill up the west end of A. G. Ross Arena’s ice surface, while eager youngsters took to the east side of the divider for their annual Skate with Santa.
The A. G. Ross Fundraising Committee, who sponsored the event, was kept busy in the kitchen through the evening as they cooked up a special Wings and Things menu for a steady lineup of diners. In the lobby, tables were set up with Christmas themed pictures for youngsters to colour while they warmed up after their on-ice activities. Everything added up to a fun and successful evening.
