Canada Day celebrations at the Lac La Biche Mission Historical Society’s grounds saw hundreds of locals take part in musical performances, games, and fun family activities alongside a barbecue and a pancake breakfast on Friday. Children danced during musical performances, the Plamondon Valley Square Dancers hit the main stage, and some RCMP officers on site were dressed in red serge.
Wrapping up Friday's celebrations saw hundreds in La Lac Biche County flock to McArthur Park for an evening firework show at 11 p.m.
