Things that go bump in the night will include Lac La Biche junior B hockey players and their opponents this Halloween weekend, as the Clippers plays three, back-to-back-to-back games starting Friday night and wrapping up with a matinee game on All Hallow's Eve.
Coming off a narrow loss to the Lloydminster Bandits on October 23 — the first win of the season for the basement-dwelling Bandits — the Clippers are hoping to scare up some momentum as they go into the weekend.
Friday's game is in Vermillion against the Tigers, on Saturday the Clippers have a chance for redemption when they face the Bandits on Bold Center ice and Sunday's Halloween game is against regional rival the Cold Lake Ice.
Friday and Saturday games start at 7:30 pm and Sunday's matinee is a 4 pm puck drop.
