ST. PAUL - Reflecting on the past year's successes and looking ahead to 2025, in a recent interview with Lakeland This Week, Town of St. Paul Mayor Maureen Miller has confirmed she will not be seeking re-election during the October 2025 municipal election.

“I’m not running again,” she stated. “It’s really been an honour to serve the community. It truly has been."

Miller added, “Completing two terms and having completed multiple terms previously within the school division, I think that it’s a good time for me to pass this opportunity on to somebody who is as interested in the success of our community.”

Miller was elected as mayor of the Town of St. Paul in October 2017. While she had not previously served on town council, she had been serving on the St. Paul Education board of trustees previously.
