Charges have been laid against a 47-year-old man from Cherry Grove.
CHERRY GROVE - Charges have been laid against a 47-year-old man from Cherry Grove following an investigation that stemmed from allegations regarding sexual offences to minors.
According to Cold Lake RCMP, the allegations involved two victims who were under the age of 18.
On Feb. 26, RCMP officers arrested Darryl Vasseur. He has been charged with sexual assault, sexual interference, sexual exploitation of a young person, and more.
Vasseur was taken before a Justice of the Peace and was released on a release order. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 12, in Cold Lake.
"No further details will be provided in order to protect the identity of the victims, and the integrity of the investigation," according to RCMP
