There are many activities surrounding the Lieutenant Governor of Alberta Arts Awards and the 2021 Distinguished Artists and 2022 Emerging Artists Awards taking place in Lac La Biche County in June.
The renowned awards presentation, hosted this year in a partnership between Portage College and Lac La Biche County, will showcase veteran and emerging artistic talents from across the province. The awards events will take place June 10 and 11 — but events are taking place all week.
Across the community, from the Lac La Biche Art Club to local vendors, students and college faculty, the local talents of residents in all branches of the arts world will also be on display.
