Just for everyones information. The post you are seeing is not my original posting. It's being modified or rejected. If Fluff is all you want from this paper then that is what you will get. Don't get me wrong some articles are very informative and it's great to hear about them but there is a time and place to air your opposing views especially the one I wrote about today --Health Care - basically the lack of it.

It's easy to see that anything you say here that isn't liked gets rejected or modified Sad Sad Sad. My post has been flagged for modification. What's the use for asking for our views if you can't take the heat. Time to ruffle some feathers and Lakeland Today you need to be included

No fairy tale ending for books in Plamondon's flooded library

Why don't all the local area libraries donate the books they were planning to sell ( providing the books are still relevant) to the plamondon Library once they get it cleaned up. I understand that the purpose of the book sale funds would be used to purchase new books or other media related items for the libraries but this would be a possible solution to help plamondon school. It might be another thought to ask the public if they have any relevant materials to consider donating them instead of putting them in garage sales. Don't know if this helps but a lot of books and media materials are ending up in the dump.

Thank you for the story about soccer in our area. I had the priviledge of working with Tom Varughese in the early 80's a wonderful principal and a great soccer player and fan. I can understand why the city chose to name the field after him. Good luck to everyone playing the games.
